1. Definitions

Clause 1

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the pik88 website accessible at https://pik88.club, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, payment portals, and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account opened by a Player upon completing the pik88 registration process.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate amount of real-money IDR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover, expressed as a multiple of the Bonus Funds received, that a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pik88 prior to processing any withdrawal or upon pik88's reasonable request at any other time.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all pik88 Account balances, transactions, and bonuses are denominated.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pik88 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of the Account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not hold a pik88 Account.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. pik88 is strictly an adults-only platform. We apply mandatory age verification at the withdrawal stage and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 21 will be permanently closed, and all balances — including any winnings — will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To open a pik88 Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform and provide accurate, complete, and current information including — but not limited to — your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method. pik88 is entitled to rely on the information you provide at registration; any inaccuracy that results in loss to pik88 or to a third party is your sole responsibility.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one pik88 Account. Opening more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same device identifier, the same IP address, the same phone number, or the same linked payment instrument (bank account, e-wallet) — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pik88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate Accounts without prior notice, and to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with any Account found to be a duplicate.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your Account. pik88 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party who obtained access through your negligence — is your sole responsibility.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to keep the personal information on your Account up to date at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment method changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. pik88 will not be liable for any failure to deliver communications, process payments, or verify identity arising from outdated information on your Account.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

pik88 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all Accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved and may be requested at any subsequent point at pik88's reasonable discretion, including in connection with large transactions, unusual activity patterns, or compliance obligations.

4.1 Documents Required

KYC verification typically requires you to submit the following documents in clear, legible format:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM), showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and signature.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three months, showing your name and current Indonesian residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or photograph confirming that the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits is registered in your name.

4.2 Processing Time

pik88 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving a complete set of documents. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed. pik88 is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unclear documentation submitted by the Player.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

pik88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. pik88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount for each payment method are published on the Platform's payment information page and may be updated periodically.

5.2 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within minutes of confirmation from the relevant payment provider. pik88 does not charge a deposit fee, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pik88 bears no responsibility. Deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded or held pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment instrument used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to a different payment instrument may require additional verification. pik88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC. Withdrawals may be delayed if the Account is under review for suspected Prohibited Conduct, incomplete KYC, or unresolved disputes.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• Any applicable Wagering Requirement on Bonus Funds must be met in full.
• The Account must not be under investigation for Prohibited Conduct or suspected fraud.
• The withdrawal amount must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method.
• There must be no outstanding disputes related to the Account.

5.5 Currency and Exchange

All transactions are denominated exclusively in IDR. pik88 does not offer multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied; there is no exchange rate risk for Indonesian players transacting in their local currency.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pik88 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bets, and seasonal promotional campaigns tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and major sporting fixtures including BRI Liga 1 matches, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. Those specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over the general bonus conditions set out in this Clause 6.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. pik88 reserves the right to decline to offer, withhold, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player's betting patterns indicate systematic bonus exploitation, arbitrage, or abuse.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only cash winnings that have been generated after satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement may be transferred to the withdrawable Balance.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second Account constitutes duplicate account abuse.

6.2 Wagering Requirement Calculation

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Wagering Requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus Funds amount only (not the deposit amount). Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer table games, virtual sports, and video poker — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) to Wagering Requirement completion. The applicable contribution rates are published in the specific promotion terms for each offer.

7. Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the pik88 Platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to the game-specific rules published within each game interface.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit acceptance confirmation from the Platform. In the event of a technical failure, communication error, or server interruption that prevents confirmation being delivered, pik88 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to your Balance. pik88's records shall constitute the definitive record of all transactions in the absence of evidence of a system error.

7.2 Sportsbook Bets

Sportsbook odds are subject to change up until the moment of bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted, the odds are locked at the confirmed rate. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at pik88's discretion, including during technical disruptions or significant changes in match circumstances. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets covering multiple match outcomes are available on the pik88 sportsbook; all legs must win for a mix parlay to return a payout. If any leg of a mix parlay is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining legs constitute the bet.

7.3 Casino & Slots

All casino game outcomes — including but not limited to slot gacor (high-RTP slot titles), live baccarat, live roulette, blackjack, and video poker — are determined by certified random number generation (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all slot titles are independently audited and published within each game's information panel. pik88 does not manipulate or alter RNG outcomes.

7.4 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error or malfunction in any game — including incorrect odds displayed, technical glitches causing game interruption, or misquoted payouts — pik88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to your Balance. No claim shall arise from a Player in respect of a bet accepted or a payout displayed as a result of a manifest error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the pik88 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration, KYC, or Account operation.
• Opening or operating more than one pik88 Account.
• Allowing any third party — including a family member — to use your Account credentials to place bets or access your Balance.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers, promotions, or pricing errors through coordinated betting patterns (bonus abuse, arbitrage, matched betting across multiple Accounts).
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, with staff, or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, servers, or payment systems.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate the movement of illicit funds.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens pik88 staff or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing identity.

9. Responsible Gaming

pik88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum IDR loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further real-money play is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play.

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from internet connectivity failures, power outages, or telecommunications disruptions affecting your access to the Platform.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any third-party acts or omissions, including acts of payment service providers, game studios, or data centre operators.
• Any disruption to the Platform caused by events beyond pik88's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, natural disasters, or cyber-attacks.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pik88's liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by pik88

pik88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• The Player has provided false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• The Player is under 21 years of age.
• Continuing to operate the Account would expose pik88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The Account has been inactive (no login, no transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an Account is terminated for Prohibited Conduct, all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings will be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Prohibited Conduct, any verified real-money Balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC.

12.2 Termination by the Player

Prior to closure, any real-money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding Prohibited Conduct investigation. 13. Amendments

14. Governing Law
